| There are (8) two-bedroom cottages, (1) three-bedroom cottage & (1) four-bedroom cottage. All cottages have air conditioners. Cottages #2, #3, #4, #6, #8, #9 are furnished with one double bed in each bedroom. In Cottage #10, there are two full baths and in each bedroom, three X-long twin beds, two which can be put together for a king bed leaving a third X-long twin bed. In Cottages #5 & #7, each bedroom has two X-long twins that can be put together for a king. In Cabin #1, one bedroom has the X-long twins or king, and the other bedrooms each have a double bed. Each bath has a shower or tub/shower, toilet and sink; kitchens have a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, full-size refrigerator, stove, and are completely equipped for housekeeping with glasses, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Living room areas feature a futon and easy chairs. One boat is furnished with a cottage, or you may exchange our boat for dock space for your boat. Guests must furnish their own bath and kitchen towels, washcloths, dishrags, soaps, lawn chairs, etc. Outside, each cabin has a 22" charcoal grill. Each cabin and campsite has a picnic table, trash can, and fire ring. Cabins are furnished with toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. HOUSEKEEPING COTTAGES

VISITORS
Day visitors - $10.00 per person per day.
Visitors must check in at the office before proceeding to visit any guest and are expected to depart prior to Quiet Hours. Guests are responsible for their visitors. A visitor is anyone who is not a registered guest and stays more than 15 minutes. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors.
DEPOSITS
2 Bedroom - $300.00; 3 Bedroom - $400.00; 4 Bedroom - $700.00. 50% deposit per campsite. Deposits are not refundable. Balance of reservation is due upon arrival. Entire reservation is guests' responsibility. NOTE: Call for deposit policy on requests for multiple cottages by the same family / party.
CANCELLATIONS
Guests will be responsible for entire reservation if cancelled less than 60 days prior to the start of the reservation.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT POLICY
Check-In: After 3:00 pm
Check-out: Before 8:00 am
If you cannot arrive prior to 7:00 pm, please call. Plan to arrive at or after 3:00 pm so your cottage/campsite will be ready for you. All guests must stop at the office first and register.
QUIET HOURS
Begin at 10:00 p.m. Conversation level only when outside. All bicycles stop at dark. No yelling or running around other cabins/campsites, slamming doors, etc.
DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for cost of damages to resort property.
TRAILER, TENT OR MOTORHOME SITES
All eight sites have lake view with electric & water hookups. Restroom/Shower Facilities and Dump Station Available. Rates are based on 4 persons or less per site. Maximum of 6 persons per site. Each additional person is $15.00 per day or $75.00 per week. Maximum of six persons per site.
NOTE: One unit per campsite and one dock space per campsite.Two night minimum.

As a courtesy to all guests, no campsite check-ins allowed after 9:30 p.m. Please limit additional vehicles as parking is at a minimum.

PET POLICY
We prefer you leave your pet at home. If you do need to bring your pet along, the fees are:

$40.00/wk or $10.00/night - Campsite
Pet owners are responsible for immediate clean-up, accidents, damage and not allowing pets on furniture or beds.
Pets will be leashed at all times and WILL NOT be left unattended either outside or in cabins or campers.
If we determine any pet is disruptive, you will be required to board your pet locally.
