Deposits are not refundable. Balance of reservation is due upon arrival. Entire reservation is guests' responsibility. NOTE: Call for deposit policy on requests for multiple cabins by the same family or party. Guests are responsible for cost of damages to resort property.

Guests are responsible for the entire reservation.  Deposit will be refunded when, and only if, your cabin or camping spot has been filled with a new reservation minus a $100 processing fee. If the reservation is not rebooked, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

Check-in/Check-out Policy:  
Check-In: After 3:00 pm. Check-out: Before 8:00 am. If you cannot arrive prior to 7:00 pm, please call. Plan to arrive at or after 3:00 pm so your cabin or campsite will be ready for you. All guests must stop at the office first and register. Campers can check in after 2 pm on Sunday through Friday.  Saturday check in is 3 pm.  Check out is Noon for campers leaving on Sunday to Friday.  Saturday check out is 10 am.

Visitor Policy:  
$10.00 per person per day. Visitors must check in at the office before proceeding to visit any guest and are expected to depart prior to Quiet Hours. Guests are responsible for their visitors. A visitor is anyone who is not a registered guest and stays more than 15 minutes. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors.

Pet Policy:
We prefer you leave your pet at home. If you do need to bring your pet along, the fees are $100.00/week or $20.00/night per cottage. A vaccination record is required. Pet owners are responsible for immediate clean-up, accidents, damage and not allowing pets on furniture or beds. Pets WILL be leashed at all times and WILL NOT be left unattended outside. If we determine any pet is disruptive, you will be required to board your pet locally. No pets are allowed on the beach or in swimming area.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Conversation level only when outside. All bicycles stop at dark.  Please be considerate of your fellow resorters.
